By merging leadership principles with real world exeperiences, Eric delivers an exceptional experience to energize leaders for success. Following his retirement as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2017, Eric joined Alaska Airlines as a First Officer where he flew the Boeing 737 throughtout the Alaskan Artic, Pacific Ocean, and western United States. He has a master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University in Virginia and is fluent in Spanish.
