Alice will talk about why and how to prepare for a negotiation, negotiation strategies and the effect of anger on negotiations. Attendees will learn: 1. What to consider when preparing for a negotiation. 2. Various negotiation strategies. 3. When to apply these strategies. 4. The effect that anger or other negative emotion has on a negotiation. 5. How to diffuse that anger in order to continue with negotiations. Alice Shikina is a an international speaker, author, playwright, director, mediator and negotiation coach. She mediates divorces, workplace and family conflicts. She is very passionate about helping others become strong negotiators to get everything they deserve. Alice lives in Oakland, CA with her two teenage sons.
