Going Pro 2.0: Your Ultimate Guide to Professional Growth

Power Skills

Session Description:

Having both technical and soft skills is no longer enough to stand out as a project manage-ment professional in today’s competitive environment. To succeed as a Project Manager (PM), a clear strategy and roadmap are crucial. This session introduces my signature IOR Frame-work (Inward-Outward-Results), which focuses on personal and professional growth. The framework guides you to:

  • Input /Inside/In: Conduct a self-assessment (Inventory/Audit). How do you see the outside world
  • Output/Outside/Out: Understand how the world perceives you as a brand or platform. How the world sees you from the outside
  • Focus on Results: Deliver measurable goals and outcomes based on your inputs and out-puts

Based on my latest “Demystified” book series, this session provides practical tools and skills that professionals can immediately apply. It concludes with a Q&A with AZ.

Key Takeaways:

  • Apply my signature IOR Framework using the 3Ps.
  • Develop real people skills by crossing the 3Cs and dotting the 3Ts.
  • Gain clarity on a structured process to evolve into a Pro 2.0.
  • Learn about real challenges, trends, and desired outcomes for becoming a Pro 2.0.

Dr. Ahmed Zouhair, Author and Professional Speaker
Fluent in three languages and with three degrees—including a doctorate in Business Administration—Founder and CEO of PM Training Consulting. Ahmed Zouhair knows the value of hard work. While today his international roster of clients includes companies and individuals from the education, IT, telecommunications, digital security, oil and gas, finance and banking, and non-profit sectors, Ahmed’s career didn’t start out that way. His first job after college involved collecting mud samples during 12-hour shifts on an oil and gas rig. Such tedious work in a harsh environment taught him patience and how to think on his feet when things go wrong. He likewise learned to interact with many different types of people, skills he would later refine as a volunteer coach and workshop presenter for SCORE/LPJC.
