Kyle Ibarra is a program manager for the City of El Paso managing the City's Complete the Streets Program. In the past, he has helped to successfully implement the El Paso Brio bus rapid transit system. He thrives on getting involved and has a passion for giving back. Kyle enjoys mentoring and inspiring young individuals. The presentation will focus on key points at this phase of program definition.
