Biography:
Mr. Gonzalez has a passion for leadership and encourages managers to become effective leaders who get results. By merging leadership principles with real world exeperiences, Eric delivers an exceptional experience to energize leaders for success.
Following his retirement as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2017, Eric joined Alaska Airlines as a First Officer where he flew the Boeing 737 throughtout the Alaskan Artic, Pacific Ocean, and western United States. He has a master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University in Virginia and is fluent in Spanish. Eric resides in El Paso, Texas with his wife and four children.
