He has been a Fellow with Pennsylvania State University and the City of El Paso. Manny is a retired Command Sergeant Major that led hundreds of soldiers over his career. Now he is devoted to our community's youth's growth as a Vice Principal for the IDEA Rio Vista Schools system. His commitment to giving back to the community, creating opportunities for the underserved student population, opening pathways to citizenship, and ensuring every student's ability to compete for college admission.
