Parking: Attendees can park at any of the metered parking spaces. It is free after 6:00 PM.
Speaker Bio:
Rick has over 10 years of selling experience in the technology and document management industry, working with key accounts of varying sizes. He is a seasoned account manager and understands the value of customer service, working closely with his extensive portfolio of clients to ensure all needs are met. Some of his responsibilities include generating leads, customer relationship building, keeping consistent communication with customers through various channels, product knowledge and working with various internal departments to ensure customers are being taken care of. Prior to his employment with Spectrum Technologies, Rick was both a successful Territory Manager at “FloorServe Corporation” in West Texas and Southern California and an El Paso County Sheriff’s Officer, where he served on the Special Reaction Team with the Detention Division.
Rick formerly sat on the Board of Director’s at The El Paso Holocaust Museum, which he still supports today. Rick also supports The El Paso Humane Society (Rick currently has 5 rescue dogs) and the El Paso Child Crisis Center as his causes of choice.
