Meeting Discussion: The presentation topic will be about the management of the El Paso International Airport and the International Bridges Departments. Monica Lombraña is the Managing Director of Aviation and International Bridges for the El Paso International Airport. Ms. Lombraña has been employed with the City of El Paso since 1994 and worked in various City Departments, including Comptrollers, Office of Management & Budget and Contract Compliance before joining the Airport in 2002.
As Director of Aviation, Ms. Lombraña oversees all aspects of the management, development, operation and maintenance of El Paso International Airport. Ms. Lombraña is responsible for annual revenues of over $50 million and a five-year capital improvement program of approximately $109 million.
Ms. Lombraña is an accredited member of the American Association of Airport Executives, on the board of directors for Airports Council International North America and member of the Texas Commercial Airports Association.
