August Chapter Meeting

Parking: Attendees can park at any of the metered parking spaces. It is free after 6:00PM.
Meeting Discussion:
The presentation and exercise will focus on understanding how detailing a process can better prepare you for making changes to an existing process or implementing a new one. We will talk about the three main processes (Management, Operational, and Supporting). We will discuss standard operating procedures, workflows, and checklists. We will also cover the various types of mapping. There will even be a fun mapping process exercise for all. Remember, eighty five percent of the reasons for failure are deficiencies in the systems and process rather than the employee!
I addition, we will present your new Board of Directors for the upcoming year.
