Speaker Bio:                   

Tracy Yellen is the Chief Executive Officer of the Paso del Norte Health Foundation since 2016. She joins the Health Foundation from the Paso del Norte Foundation, a public charity established in 2013 by the Health Foundation to accept and manage gifts from individuals, corporations and foundations to improve health, economic development, education and quality of life in the Paso del Norte region. Prior to that she has worked at other nonprofits such as YWCA and Foundation for the Diocese of El Paso, as well as managing partner of MJD & Associates, an El Paso-based company that provided management and fundraising consulting services to non-profits.

Originally from the Northeast, Tracy earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University and Masters in Public Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso.
